HOW WE DESIGN

A drawing first. Then a render.
Then a building.

Brief & site walk.

We walk your space, meet every stakeholder — principal, head of dept, facilities, marketing — and write down what each one actually needs. The goals become the brief & vision.

30–60 MIN · ZERO COST

Three 2D layouts.

Same space, three different logics. Each carries trade-offs we'll explain. You choose one, mix two, or send us back to draw a fourth. Nothing gets built until a plan is locked.

5–10 WORKING DAYS

Pick, mix & commit.

We sit together. Take the circulation from A, the entrance from B, the space from C. We rebuild it as one coherent layout and freeze it before any 3D work begins.

1 REVIEW MEETING

3D model + brand.

Locked layout becomes a 3D environment with your brand colours, your logo, the materials our factory can deliver. Every render here is buildable — we don't design what we can't make.

7–14 WORKING DAYS

We push back.

The meeting where we earn our fee. You bring ideas; we challenge the ones that are unsafe, age-inappropriate, or functionally broken. We've done this since 2011 — we know what works and what gets ripped out.

HONEST · ON YOUR SIDE

Build & install.

Our 30,000 sqft factory in Abu Dhabi manufactures the bespoke pieces. Flooring, MEP, fit-out, custom features. One team, one site, one handover. The space looks like the render.

WHY WE OWN THE FACTORY

Design without build is just
wishful thinking.

A pretty render is worthless if the supplier can't make it, the materials don't pass safety, or the budget can't carry it. Because we're the designer and the manufacturer, every line in our drawings is already costed, sourced, and proven on a real factory floor.
